Speaking of Badfinger, this song of theirs only just creeps in to this category as it was released in the UK in December 1969.

Badfinger were one of the (few?) successes of the Beatles’ Apple label. The only other one I can recall was Mary Hopkin.

Grapefruit were one of the first acts to be signed to the Beatles’ Apple Publishing but didn’t appear on the Apple label.

There’s a fair bit of phasing in this song but the video clip isn’t well synchronised. Or were they just not very good at miming?
